Henry Eyre, baptized 23 October 1628. Henry was Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn, a Recorder of Salisbury and a Member of Parliament for Salisbury in 1658. He married Dorthy Hastings, daughter of George Hastings, of Woodlands, Dorset County, England. Henry died 18 July 1678. His memorial tablet in Whiteparish Church is:
"Here Lyeth Henry Eyre, son of ye other barristers of Lincolne’s Inn who died July 18, 1678."
