How she got this name: apparently when she was born, her parents did not have a name for her and the shopkeeper said -why not call her 'Gillie Jo'? so they did until about age four or five when MollieO began calling herself 'MollieO'. so when she started school the teacher tried calling her Gillie Jo and MollieO insisted her name was' MollieO' and her parents said oh let her be, call her MollieO; and she has been MollieO all of her life. 931

Welcome to my website. It’s a pleasure to share my experiences and tools with you. It is my desire to provide information and processes which assist you in becoming comfortable with who you are. From a center of self acceptance one is able to use their power in a constructive way and contribute to the healing of themselves and others.
I've always been curious and, therefore, have pursued many avenues for information regarding being human. Over time I realize that we are all connected in the process of creation and each of us has a unique contribution to make. I customize my work with others to address where each person is at in the present moment and provide tools which empower them to make positive choices.

Biography
Augusta True Grant
My roots spring from an Irish/American Indian father who claimed my sister and I were descended from Pocahontas, and an English mother descended from President Grant. My strongest influence was my maternal grandmother who was one of the first four women to graduate from The University of Minnesota Medical School. She became a county doctor who used hypnosis for anesthesia, traveled in a horse and buggy, and carried a gun. She came to live with us when I was in grade school and became my confidante with whom I shared stories of my imaginary friends. Grandmother was a master storyteller who wrote poetry, read tea leaves and studied eastern philosophy. She also embroidered, painted beautiful oils and made the best pies I've ever tasted.
In high school I attended the Northfield School for Girls in Massachusetts followed by the University of Oklahoma and later the University of Texas in Austin. I spent twenty years each in Oklahoma and Texas with periods in Ohio and Washington State in between. I was married for twenty-five years, have three daughters, one of whom is disabled, two step daughters, a stepson and six grandchildren, all adults.
Previous jobs include Project Director for the International Office at the University of Texas of Peace Corps Training, Fulbright Scholar Programs and the Saudi Arabian Training Program. I then switched gears and was President of R & L Sales in Austin, a construction related business. In 1960 I moved to California and continued working for the R & L Sales branch in Santa Clara followed by a career at I.P. Sharp & Associates. It was during this time I felt the influence of my grandmother resurface. Following in her footsteps, I studied at the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy. Instead of learning to read tea leaves, however, I learned to dowse. I took courses in Intuition, alternative medicine and healing, meditation, metaphysics, Kabbalah, Tarot, Numerology, Focusing and Educational Kinesiology. I also got reacquainted with my Spirit friends from childhood. I was thrilled with all the opportunities to explore new ways of looking at the universe. When I.P. Sharp & Associates was purchased by Reuters as a research branch in Palo Alto and later closed, I decided it was time to put out my shingle and offer everything I had learned to others. I've been in private practice for fifteen years and presently have an office in Los Altos, CA.

Treatment Modalities
The intention of my work is to enhance one's experience of self as a physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual being. As we learn to understand and accept ourselves we become more effective
and fulfilled in our life experience.
To assist in this process of self expansion I use the following tools:

Counseling Dowsing - I use the pendulum to clarify issues, receive information, monitor health, identify belief systems and map dowsing. I use L rods (another dowsing tool) to check and balance auras. Both tools are useful for clearing people, houses, properties and businesses of non beneficial energies. Educational Kinesiology – These exercises assist in balancing left and right brain activity. The movements help with ADD, learning disabilities and dyslexia as well as enhancing all aspects of performance including vision improvement. Emotional Freedom Technique – This is a simple tapping process on energy meridians in the body which is effective in clearing emotional, mental and physical blocks.
Energy Balancing - Balancing energy on the physical level makes it possible to be fully present. This includes grounding your energy into the earth, balancing your chakras and aura. In addition I use intuitive and dowsing skills to clear old programs from your skeleton, organs, glands and body systems as well as from your conscious, subconscious and cellular memory. As blocks are removed, cells can open to receive higher vibrations. Focusing - This is a body centered process which is useful for accessing the feelings you have around an issue and empowering change. Psychiatrists have noted that clients who are in touch with their feelings move more quickly through therapy. Hypnosis - This is an effective tool to work with the subconscious and address phobias, stress, weight issues, smoking, self esteem and enhanced performance and creativity. Hypnosis also offers a way to journey to other planes and interact with Guides on other dimensions. I use hypnosis as a tool for Past Life Regression.
Meditation - I began my exploration of meditation in Austin, Texas, with TM practice. I have a very busy mind and a tendency to drift out of my body. Consequently, when I came to California, I was attracted to Mindfulness Meditation which emphasizes being grounded and present in the moment. This has served me very well in keeping in touch with my senses and quieting my busy mind chatter. One keeps bringing attention back to the breath, releasing the attachment to the mind. This is the basis of all my other work in the world. Numerology - This system is based on the date of your birth and the numerical equivalent of your birth name to identify your Life Path, Soul’s purpose, personality and destiny for this lifetime. It also indicates the influences around you in any time frame. Reiki – The Japanese word “Reiki” refers to the free flow of universal life force energy. This healing tradition is believed to have originated in ancient Tibet. My training comes from the Usui system of healing. This is a hands-on healing technique which brings healing energy through the practitioner’s hands which are placed on specific areas of the body. The person receiving the treatment is resting on a massage table dressed in comfortable clothing. Recipients report feeling peaceful and relaxed after a session. Reconnective Healing - This system directs Universal energy to the recipient through the energy field surrounding the body. The provider’s hands never touch the recipient who lies fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner’s hands which are already connected to the source of the energy connect to sensitive areas in the person’s energy field and through that connection, pass on the higher vibration energy.
Tarot - This system is based on the Kabballah and is a 78 card deck which includes 56 cards representing the elements: Fire (spiritual), Wind (mental), Earth (the body and all actions), and Water (emotions) and 22 major transition cards indicating shifts that are taking place. Readings are an insightful way to identify the influences in our lives and the best path to follow as we deal with them.
