There were at least 3 boys and 3 girls. The IGI shows a christening in 1733.
He moved to Epping, and records show that he purchased land in 1743 of Israel Gillman, the deed being witnessed by Joseph Hall and Thomas Toung; which land he conveyed to his sons James and Benjamin, the deeds being dated January 22, 1784, and recorded in May 1793, between which his death probably occurred; but the exact date, or that of his wife's, is not known.
He was of good standing in the community, being elected surveyor of highways and fences; and assessor in 1748-9, constable in 1757.53
