Dollie was delivered by her father. During WWII, while Eivind was in the army, she lived in British Columbia. Later, she married Percy Hiltz, an old school friend, and lived in Prince Albert, SK. They later moved to Penticton, BC.

Dollie died from a series of heart attacks.
